Resistance-thermometers (Pt 100) of DIN EN 60751

Mineral insulated resistance thermometers based of mineral insulated metallic sheathed cable. In this cable, Ni - as well as Cu are predominant-connecting wires in the magnesium-oxide solidly embedded.

The temperature-sensor in 2-, 3- or in 4–wire circuit from ceramics, glass or in thin film technology built and with the connecting wires of the metallic sheathed cable connected. The protection tube and the metallic sheathed cable are from stainless-steel as well as Inconel and laser-welds together. The sheath-diameters of 1,0; 1,5; 2,0; 3,0 and 4,0 mm is current.

The very good heat transfer between protection-tube and temperature-sensor enables a very quick conversation-tense from, t 90 from 0,5 sec. and high measuring precision. The solid construction guarantees a high lifespan and the flexible metallic sheathed cable and is employable with the crook-radius of 5 x diameter (outer sheath-diameter) a temperature-measurement at badly accessible positions. The protection-tube, therefore the fore part up to the weld is not curved of course. For trouble-free montages, where flexibility is demanded, how for example in motor industries, pipe structure, test-bench are mineral insulated resistance thermometers, predominantly.
